This type of sandblasting machine is suitable for sandblasting treatment of the inner walls of pipes ranging from 32 to 1620mm.
The main air tank is imported from Taiwan. High-pressure air is used to blow the pneumatic motor blades inside the air tank, which in turn drives the gears to rotate and rotate the Y-shaped seat of the nozzle 360°. This then drives the two nozzles installed in front of the Y-shaped seat and distributed at a 90 "Angle to rotate at a constant speed, achieving the purpose of uniform 360° sandblasting. At the same time, the Inner Mongolia sandblasting device moves backward at a constant speed along the length of the pipe. So as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the inner walls of all length ranges of the pipeline. The surface quality grade after cleaning can reach Sa2.5-Sa3.
