The internal-wall sandblasting nozzle is made from pure boron carbide material sintered at high temperatures, boasting extremely high hardness—second only to that of diamond—and exceptional wear resistance, thereby maximizing the service life of wear-prone components. This sandblasting machine is suitable for internal wall sandblasting of pipelines with inner diameters ranging from 32 mm to 1620 mm.
The main air tank is imported from Taiwan. High-pressure air drives the blades of a pneumatic motor inside the tank, which in turn rotates gears and causes the Y-shaped mount to rotate 360°. Subsequently, two nozzles—mounted at the front of the Y-shaped mount and arranged at a 90° angle—are driven to rotate at a constant speed, achieving uniform 360° sandblasting. At the same time, the Inner Mongolia sandblasting unit moves backward along the pipeline at a constant speed, thereby cleaning the inner walls of the pipeline over its entire length. The surface quality achieved after cleaning can reach Sa2.5 to Sa3.
